With CC, smaller straight needles, and RS facing, pick up and knit 43 (49, 55, 61) sts across BO edge of sleeve. Working back and forth in rows, work the set-up row and Rows 1–10 of sleeve edging (see Stitch Guide)—99 (113, 127, 141) sts; sleeve edging measures about 1¼" (3.2 cm) from pick-up row at deepest point. BO all sts.
With yarn threaded on a tapestry needle, sew CO edge of sleeves into armhole openings, matching center of sleeve to shoulder seam and easing to fit. Sew sleeve seams. Weave in loose ends. Block lightly again if desired.
